

Objective 2: Deliver the Network Relay From here on the mission gets much harder. Have your Synthetic grab it and the objective is complete. Fight your way inside and you'll see a small satellite dish. There's an awful lot of aliens here, so be prepared, with you medics and comms in the rear. Just past here is another atmo, but since you should have a full complement of 25 marines by now, all upgraded, don't dally here.įollow the path to the left of the objective and you'll eventually reach the compound. The trick to this and all subsequent narrow spots is to move your troops through as fast as possible. Now head north, where you'll find a huge contingent of aliens just pass a narrow pass. Feel free to pick up another medic if you want as well, since two medics can heal each other. Stop here and earn some more money, which you should spend on upgrading all your troops and buying more infantry. Go right and you'll find an atmo due south of the objective marker. Use the money that you earn to buy yourself another dozen marines, then have them surround your weaker guys and head for the objective marker. As always, heal your guys as soon as the fight is over.īefore you make for the objective, stick around and guard the atmo. As long as you make sure your flamethrower and marines act as a buffer between the attackers and the tech, medic and synthetic, you should be fine.


While he's doing this, you'll be attacked by some aliens to your left. Objective 1: Locate the Network Relay The first thing you want to do is to have your Comm Tech repair the atmo right where you land. It's rewarding (and satisfying) to kill the Queen, so be sure and complete this extra objective! You also get your first crack at an optional objective. The Aliens are more aggressive, so a defensive posture is in order. This mission is a bit tougher as you'll need to split your resources. Your job, as a good lil' soldier, is to set up a communications network by deploying network relays throughout the mission area.
